IMAGINE BEING FREE OF ACCUMULATED EMOTIONS

<img draggable= Imagining being an adult that is filled with joy and feels deeply connected to yourself and others…

<img draggable= Imagine reaching adulthood with no accumulated feelings…

<img draggable= Imagine not being triggered by others actions no matter what they do or say…

<img draggable= Imagine when people do things that could be considered hurtful in some way you feel only compassion and empathy for them and are able to set a clear energetic no when you needed.

<img draggable= Imagine the outside world mirroring love, joy and connection because that is what you feel inside.

<img draggable= Imagine being able to listen to your needs and feelings with love and compassion so they can be processed and released as they arise.

This is all possible for our children if we are able to parent in a way that deeply values their needs, choice and feelings.

When we are able to listen when they are hurt, angry or tantrum so that they can release feelings that may have accumulated or ones from the present moment they will grow up to be adults free of accumulated emotions.

Our accumulated emotions are what determine how we react to situations in the world. The more yet to healed emotions the harder we can find it to be in the world

Although listening to all of our children’s emotions  may not happen in one generation because it is literally impossible for first generations connected and aware parents to do so, because we are still healing ourselves because our own choice, needs and emotions were not listened to when they were young.

This is why it is also incredibly important as parents to have someone to support us through our parenting so that we may heal as we parent our children.
